Luxury villa Enigma in Dubrovnik is located on Lapad/Babin kuk peninsula, known as the green heart of Dubrovnik city. Beaches Lapad and Mandrac, tourist harbor Gruž, and yacht marina are just 10 minutes away by foot. Villa Enigma was built in year 1927 and renovated in year 2019. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms. All necessary services, shops and restaurants are few minutes away.

All around the villa is a spacious completely enclosed 250m2 terrace, with large swimming pool. If you are wondering why villa is named Enigma, the reason behind the name is that the famous Dusan Dusko Popov lived here. Dusan Popov was Ian Fleming’s inspiration for James Bond character because he was one of the most famous double agent during World War II. The Popov family moved to Dubrovnik when Dusan was very young. Also Dusan Popov returned to Dubrovnik after he had earned a Ph.D. in Law to practice briefly as an attorney.
